Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites - Mount Pleasant By Ihg, Mount Pleasant

I had a decent stay, but there were definitely some highs and lows. The hotel was clean and the staff was quite friendly. However, the hot water issue was frustrating since no one was around to fix it during the New Year. While the rooms were nice and tidy, the dining choices were limited and could use improvement. Overall, it’s a fair spot if you don’t mind a few hiccups.

The hotel offered a very comfortable stay, but I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready until 6 PM despite my early check-in. The staff were friendly and professional, providing great service overall. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited options, and the price for a small water seemed a bit high. On the bright side, the amenities were good, although there was no indication that Wi-Fi was included in my stay.
